MLD has extremely competitive rates. In addition to 1-day rates listed on our downloadable PDF Rental Rate Card & Price List, we also offer 3-day weeks, and 10-day months. Plus we try not charge for shipping time if you're travelling with our equipment. Instead you only pay for the days you use the gear.

Our knowledgeable staff will do everything to make sure your shoot goes off without a hitch. However, if you have any issues after-hours MLD's emergency line goes straight to our on-call cell phone, so you'll get help immediately. Just dial our main toll-free number (877) 654-9977 & enter 911 when you reach voicemail.

We offer free local delivery & pick-up within a 50-mile radius of MLD for orders over $200 during normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm). Deliveries are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. We also offer after-hours pick-up & drop off for a nominal fee, as well as door-to-door shipping throughout the US.

Doing business with MLD also requires you to provide a valid certificate of insurance that meets our requirements, or pay a Damage/Loss Limit Fee (16% for most rentals). Our Damage/Loss Limit Fee gives you protection against a catastrophic rental loss with a $2,500 deductible. See the Insurance tab for details on specific coverages we require.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks, or cash for payment. Based on your credit rating your account may require a credit card as a security deposit for payment and/or equipment damage guarantee so please download and fill out the Credit Card Authorization / Guarantee (CC Form Tab) when submitting your application (NOTE: You are NOT required to use this card for the initial rental). However, prepayment (Cash-On-Delivery) is mandatory for all first-time rentals. COD payments are due when equipment is picked-up, or delivered.

Equipment rented in Texas used in the production of a motion picture, or video is exempt from state sales tax. However, state law requires us to maintain an original signed exemption form on file. So you also need to complete online, or download, sign & return the Sales Tax Exemption form (Tax Form Tab) with any other paper documents you fax.

This document is simply an indication of who you and your company contacts are. It also provides references if you're an individual, or have just established a new company. Completed applications must be received by our business office 72 hours prior to your first rental.
