Overview

Free Service

MLD offers free delivery and pick-up of rented equipment orders of $250, or more throughout our service area during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday) as our schedule allows. Free delivery is available on a first-come/first-serve basis, so please schedule as far in advance as possible. If we do not have a vehicle and driver available for your delivery during normal business hours, courier service is available on an as-charged basis.

Our local service area for free delivery and pick-up is a 50 mile radius from downtown Dallas. However, rates are available for deliveries outside this zone. Please inquire.
Delivery Restrictions

As a general rule, we do not pick up equipment from other vendors, or was not originally coordinated through MLD. Special arrangements can be made if space is available and with advanced permission from the vendor.
After-Hour Service

After-hour pick-ups and returns to our offices, as well as other special deliveries are categorized several ways depending on time and the number of people required. Refer to the table to the right for pricing.

Pick-ups and deliveries requiring two vehicles, or two persons and one vehicle are considered two person deliveries for billing purposes.
