Spreader - Wall

Wall Spreaders can be used in both vertical and horizontal positions. They are placed at each end of a 2 x 4 piece of lumber. The Wall Spreader is a two-piece system. One end is simply a padded flat plate receiver for the lumber while the other has a threaded, adjustable telescoping section to insure a tight fit.


CAUTION: Because lumber sags over long lengths when weight is added, the entire structure may become loose and come down. To avoid damage to the wall, or ceiling plates should only be used directly in line with studs.
