iPad MovieSlate

iPad MovieSlate is professional film and video production tool that makes it easy to log footage and take notes during production. MovieSlate combines the traditional features of a slate and clapper board into an easy-to-use iPad2 format. MovieSlate logs notes and info effortlessly as you shoot, saving time and money in post production. Here are a few of MovieSlate's many features:

MovieSlate notes and logs can be exported to files of various formats to generate daily shot reports, as well as maintain long-term history archives. Shot data is also compatible with Apple Final Cut Pro 7, Avid Media Composer, and Adobe Premiere.

To enter information simply tap on a visible field to change production info directly on the slate. Choose info from default/custom snippets, contacts, or saved history. Enter new info from the keyboard or keypad.

Easily set timecode using an optimized keypad to enter new values, display clock time-of-day, or sync with compatible cameras, sound recorders, and timecode generators using the included time-code adapter.

Swipe up/down on fields, or use the optimized keypad to quickly change roll, scene, take, slate numbers. MovieSlate can even auto increment Slate and Take after each shot.

Choose director and D.P. names from your contacts, saved history, snippets, or enter them using the keyboard.

Slate appearance is customizible for each production or shot. Choose from various clapper stick designs, background colors, fonts, and clock timecode colors. Even add a logo graphic at the top of MovieSlate HTML reports.
