DL Short-Range Wireless LCD Directors Monitor (30 ft.)

The Digital Labs Wireless LCD Director's Monitor is a low-cost, short-range solution (30 feet approx) for remote camera viewing in studio, or on location. The 6.5" screen is capable of 480x234 resolution, or about the same quality as a portable DVD player.

The compact transmitter runs off a 9-volt battery, with on/off switch.  Current draw on the nine volt transmitter battery is a minimal 70mA, while the rechargeable monitor runs up to 2.5 hours continuously on its non-replaceable internal battery.   The monitor’s battery also powers the built-in receiver. 

The Digital Labs Wireless Monitor works with any camera that has A/V, or video out without any delays in transmission for real-time video.  With its integrated carry handles this system is ideal for shooting on the move where the Producer, Director, or Client wants to monitor shots without being tethered to the camera.



NOTE: As a wireless device, the unit can be subject to environmental interference. It operates in the same frequency range as some cordless phones, TV remotes, Wi-Fi routers, walkie talkies, and other electronic equipment.  When nearby, these external sources can create interference and some static.  However, most times picture transmission is crystal-clear.
