Manfrotto 357 Sliding Quick Release Plate

The Manfrotto 357 Quick Release Plate gives you the freedom to move a camera from one support platform (i.e. tripod, glidecam, slider, etc.) to another.  With a 3.15-inch (80mm) long sliding plate camera balancing is easy. The unit also comes complete with two 1/4"-20 and two 3/8" camera screws, as well as a spring-loaded video pin making it compatible with a wide variety of cameras. The 357 works with any tripod head, or mount that is not already equipped with a quick release adapter.
