Sachtler FSB-8 Tripod (75 mm)

The Sachtler FSB-8 75mm Tripod is designed to work with handheld-size DV, DVCAM, HVX and HDV camcorders weighing up to 20 pounds.

The head features Sachtler's Snap & Go sideload mechanism which boasts an exceptionally large sliding range of 4.7" (120mm) and a 10-step counterbalance. This ensures extremely fast and fine balancing.  Frictionless leak proof fluid damping with five levels of drag, is perfect for panning without jerks, or  vibrations. This feature is identical for both horizontal and vertical adjustments, plus the system  allows the operator to completely disengage drag for super-fast panning.

The ENG 75/2 legs are made from carbon fiber for light weight and durability. Sachtler's proven Touch & Go system enables fast changeover, so camera operators can go from using the tripod to shooting from the shoulder in seconds. The mid-level Spreader 75 is ideal for setting up the tripod on uneven surfaces.
