Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason qualified items may be returned within 7-days of receipt of your order for a full refund of the product's purchase price. Items that qualify for return include unopened products, as well opened merchandise in new condition (i.e. with all original, undamaged packaging and accessories). Original shipping charges as well as the cost of sending the product(s) back to us are not refundable, or reimburseable.

The following items may not be returned or exchanged: blank media, books, software, aerosols, cut fabric, light bulbs, special order products, opened items where hygiene is an issue (i.e. eyepiece chamois, ear pieces), as well as Close-Out/Demo Products (identified by the following copy on the Product Detail Page, 'All MLD Close-Out/Demo item sales are final. NO RETURNS'). Sales of all the above are final.

Please note that any merchandise returned without its original packaging, and/or what appears to be used condition, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Determination of a restocking fees shall be made at the sole discretion of MLD Equipment Rental, Inc. Further details of our Return Policy can be obtained by calling us toll free at (877) 654-9977.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by MLD and include an MLD-issued Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the shipment. To obtain an RMA contact Customer Service toll free at (877) 654-9977, or by e-mail at sales@mldvideo.com for instructions and approval for all returns.

Once you receive an RMA number write it down on the outside of the package, as well as on a copy of the MLD invoice you include with your return. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, or Insured Parcel Post for shipment as MLD is not responsible for return items lost in shipment back to us.

Unauthorized returns not meeting the above condition requirements will be discarded, refused, or returned to sender at the customer's expense.
