Online Store Shipping Info

MLD uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all Online Store orders. The only exception is for packages shipped active-duty US military personnel stationed overseas with APO or FPO mailing addresses. Packages shipped to APO,or FPO addresses are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

All MLD Online Store orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. The map below shows Ground Service shipping times from Dallas to all 50 states. Shipping times are calculated based on business days, i.e. weekdays, (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days). UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver are also available for an additional fee. Saturday delivery is available upon request, for an additional $15.

Also because UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, please be certain to provide a street address for your order. Orders are ONLY shipped upon receipt of full payment.

All orders received weekdays before 2 pm Central Time ship that same day. Orders placed on weekends and after 2 pm on weekdays ship the next business day.

Unfortunately, MLD is not currently set-up to accept, or process international orders for anyone other than active-duty US military personnel stationed overseas with an APO or FPO address.

Shipping Cost Estimate

As you shop our site calculates shipping costs based on your order’s weight and ‘ship to’ location. To calculate shipping, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and click ‘Check Out’. At the next screen, provide your zip code, and the system will show shipping options and the calculated cost.

Freight Damages

All shipments should be inspected carefully for damage (visible and concealed) before acceptance. Failure to do this, may result in the carrier denying a damage claim at a later date. If your package has sustained damage contact MLD Customer Service at (877) 654-997 immediately so we can help you begin the claim process.  Claims not reported within 3 busniess-days from the time your package is signed for may not be accepted.

Freight Shortages

Shipments should also be inspected for shortages upon receipt.  Although it is extremely unusual, we sometimes make mistakes. If a shortage is found within 3 business-days from the time your package is signed for contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at (877) 654-9977 to file a claim. Once we receive your Order ID/Invoice Number and a list of the missing items we will review our Warehouse Inventory Logs to verify the claim.
