    If you have an after-hours problem with your equipment, or need technical assistance call (877) 654-9977 toll free any time, day or night. When our voicemail system answers enter 911 for the Rental Emergency mailbox. You will be connected with our on-call staff. If they are busy assisting other customers you will be prompted to leave a message.

    Our knowledgeable staff will do everything to make sure your shoot goes off without a hitch. However, if you have any issues after-hours MLD’s emergency line goes straight to our on-call cell phone, so you’ll get help immediately. Just dial our main toll-free number (877) 654-9977 & enter 911 when you reach voicemail.

  • Equipment Orientation
    When renting a piece of gear for the first time why not schedule a free familiarization session for you, or your operator to help ensure everything runs smoothly once you’re in the field.
  • Operation Manuals
    MLD maintains an online library of downloadable Operation Manuals for many of the products we carry in rental inventory. Click on the Equipment Manuals tab above to access the library. If you don’t find what you’re looking for contact us and we’ll try to get the manual you need.
